you may have worked it out by now, but i'm a commercial & editorial photographer based in Dallas, Texas.

I shoot food, people + interiors and love each of them. Often i am lucky enough to combine all three in one shot!

I love to work with clients and agencies to create images that will clarify and elevate their brand.

It is important to me that every photoshoot is collaborative, relaxed, efficient and FUN!

TGP is equipped to handle all aspects of production for shoots of any scale.

I am part of The Food Photo Agency where the lovely and cheerful Heather Willams represents me for any work involving food and beverage.

a stab at being serious:

I graduated with a BFA in Studio Art, with a primary concentration in photography. I learned virtually nothing about becoming a working photographer, but having my roots in fine art always felt like a good thing. It gave me an invaluable understanding and reverence for the art and it really hones ones ability to "see" thoroughly and critically.

I always strive to capture a genuine moment and/or see things in as unique and compelling a way as I’m able.

Lastly, I love the collaborative aspect of commercial shooting. I care very much about delivering for my clients — it is their time, their money, their brand and if i’m chosen to represent it, I will always give 100%.

An arresting photo all by itself, the headline prompts additional viewings that lead to layers of discovery. Terrific portrait, use of colors and ambiguity make this a compelling cover.

I'm just going to come out and say it. I don't like cookie dough.

Ironically I'm obsessed with chocolate chip cookies, love hamburgers + pizza but I also want to lose weight and this is a conundrum.

I also love animals and want to be vegetarian which is yet another conundrum.

My husband is British, I drive a Mini, eat Marmite on toast for breakfast every day and grew up on British chocolates and crisps. I might qualify as an Anglophile. ; )

I’ve had and been obsessed with Pekingese since I was a child. First Moe Lin, then Webster and then a peke named Mogwai who lived to 19.5 and will be part of my heart and soul always and forever. To experience his magic visit his IG page here.

We rescued two senior Pekes (Gertie Mei & Charlie Fu) in Mogwai's honor and what do you know? Now they have an IG page, too!

Scientists have yet to pinpoint a 'photography' gene, but... my grandfather was the head of a photographic society in South Africa, my uncle was a commercial photographer, my dads first job was in a camera store so.... (imagine Twilight Zone music) #superdork
